1. General research, not investment advice
Metals & Machines is a publication. It reports and explains publicly available information about three sectors: mining and critical minerals, uranium and nuclear fuel, and defense and military AI. Nothing we publish — on this website, in our Telegram channels, in the weekly issues, alerts or messages from our bot — is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security or fund.
2. The same content for everyone
Metals & Machines is published on a regular schedule and every subscriber to a given plan receives exactly the same content at the same time. We don't know your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance, and nothing we publish takes them into account. We don't answer questions about individual situations, review portfolios, or manage money.
3. Not a registered adviser or broker
Neither the author, Metals & Machines nor Radar Signal Media LLC is registered as an investment adviser or broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any U.S. state, or any other regulator. Subscribing does not create an adviser–client, fiduciary or any other professional relationship between you and us.
4. Accuracy and sources
We link every signal to its primary source and check it before publication, but we can make mistakes, sources can be wrong or revised, and information can become outdated quickly. Always check the original source before relying on anything we publish. Corrections are published in the next issue and logged in the track record.
5. Opinions and forward-looking statements
Sector theses, importance scores and "why it matters" explanations are opinions. Statements about what might happen are, by nature, uncertain. They can be wrong, and we deliberately publish evidence against our own theses.
6. Risk
Investing involves risk, including the loss of all capital invested. Mining, uranium and defense companies can be especially volatile and are exposed to commodity prices, government decisions, geopolitical events, regulation and project failures. Past performance — of any security, fund or sector, and of our own signals — is not indicative of future results.
7. Conflicts of interest
The author holds European-listed ETFs in the three sectors we cover, and those funds hold many of the companies we write about, so the author may benefit indirectly from news about them. These positions are described in the Disclosure policy, every issue ends with a disclosure, and the author follows a personal trading policy.
8. Your decisions are your own
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Do your own research, and before making any decision speak with a licensed financial professional who knows your situation.
9. No liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the author nor Radar Signal Media LLC is liable for any loss or damage, including investment losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything we publish. See section 8 of our Terms of Use.
