Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Metals & Machines is a trade name of Radar Signal Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These Terms apply to this website, our Telegram channels and bot, and the weekly issues and alerts we publish there (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a research publication about mining and critical minerals, uranium and nuclear fuel, and defense and military AI. It is general and impersonal: every subscriber to a plan receives the same content. It is not investment advice. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. No advisory relationship

Subscribing does not create an adviser–client, fiduciary or any other professional relationship between you and us. We will not provide advice about your individual situation, and you should not send us information about your finances expecting a personal answer.

4. Plans and subscriptions

• The free plan is a public Telegram channel. Pro is a private Telegram channel, opened through our bot after payment. Pro access is linked to the Telegram account that first claims the payment in our bot; to move it to another account, write to us.
• Pro costs US$29 per month or US$290 per year. Checkout may show the price in your local currency, and sales tax or VAT may be added depending on where you live.
• Pro is sold through Link (link.com), the merchant-of-record service of Stripe: Link is the seller of record for your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts and invoices, and its own terms apply to the payment. Your bank statement shows “LINK.COM*”. We never see or store your card details.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from our bot (My account), which opens a secure page from our payment provider, or from your orders at link.com. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• Refunds follow our Refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, then no refunds for partial periods or renewals, except where the law requires one.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed with your bank, Pro access linked to it ends.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice, announced in our channels and through the bot. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

5. Referral program

• Each member gets a personal referral link in our bot (Invite friends).
• When someone subscribes to Pro for the first time through your link, you earn 1 month of Pro — 2 months if they choose the annual plan — and they get 1 week as a credit on their next invoice.
• Rewards are released 14 days after your friend's payment, and only if their subscription is still active then. If you pay for Pro, your reward is a credit on your next invoice; if not, it is access to the Pro channel for the same length of time.
• Rewards are limited to 12 months per rolling 12 months. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are never paid out in money.
• No reward is earned for a friend who only joins the free channel, for a subscription paid with a card or payment account (such as Cash App or Link) already used by another customer, for a payment method we can't recognise this way, or for referring yourself.
• If your friend's payment is refunded or disputed, the reward is cancelled, or taken back by shortening your access or adding its value to your next invoice.
• When you share your link, say that you receive a reward if people subscribe through it, and don't send unsolicited messages.
• We may withhold rewards or suspend access in case of abuse, and may change or end the program for the future with notice in our channels. Rewards already released stay valid.

6. Using our content

The content is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, redistribute or forward Pro issues, share the Pro channel or its link, or share your account, without our written permission. Short quotations with credit and a link are fine.

7. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Issues may occasionally be late, incomplete or skipped (for example when a source is unavailable).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including investment losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Third-party links

We link to regulators, filings and other third-party sources. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or availability.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in our channels or on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
